Apple says that iPad is a "revolutionary, magical product" but it's not anything special. It is nothing but a large screened iPod Touch with a few slight modifications. It is pretty amazing that they were able to apply multi-touch technology onto a larger screen but its nothing great. Apple says that they're selling it at "an unbelievable 499 dollars," but thats for the 16GB Wi-Fi only model. People think that the 499 is cheap for the iPad but that's because people think it's a touch, Apple computer. The 64GB Wi-Fi+3G model is 829 dollars and that's quite expensive for a large screened iPod Touch. The 64GB iPod Touch is 399 dollars. Sure it has a smaller screen and doesn't have the iBooks app or 3G but that's it. The iPod Touch is a much better buy.
